I am using Crestron Sync on a windows 8 PC using iTunes 10.6. With the ipod docked in the CEN ISERVER I am trying to connect the ipod. In Crestron Sync I select the ipod and hit connect and the status changes to requesting device control. The status changes to In use. After about 60 seconds the status changes switching to control mode and then back to available. At no time can I see the ipod in iTunes.
Can anyone help with this?
