I have a tube type Curtis TV. I left the batteries in too long, and can't clean up the contacts to use it again.
Are there still remotes around for these TV's? If so, where can I get one? The remote says FR2 inside the battery housing.
My Bell Fibe remote would not completely hook up to my TV. I have to use the Curtis one to turn the TV off and on, to change the volume, to mute, and to change for DVD's.

Is it possible to get a universal remote, or any remote that will work?
