Hi. I am a DIY'er with an MX-980. There is noticeable lag when using it. Not "seconds", but enough milliseconds that navigating TiVo menus (or using play/pause) is not the same fluid experience as with a TiVo remote.
I'm just using TiVo as an example: the lag is common to all devices, not just the TiVo.
Configuration is an MX-980, all commands output through an MRF-350.
Any tips on where to look would be appreciated. Or general rules of thumb for what to do and what to avoid?
