Well we purchased a new vehicle. The dealer has agreed in writing to appraise the car giving us a before and after price in the report. They typically see a 30 percent decrease in value with a moderate damage carfax report. So I will bring them the car when it is returned to us. Again the responsible partys insurance company has agreed they will pay. I just need to provide figures that I am happy with for them to review. I am sure a small battle is in my future.
