All because his 14 Savant remotes continually disconnect for the "Host" and the battery life is BS. I asked him if he has tried to use the iPads and his response was, "to control my TV's?" Wasn't aware they could do that even though we've had RTI and Savant over the past 6 years and have given countless demo's.
The fact he forgets he can use the iPad aside, the problems he is having is kinda like what he describes as "the lemon law", is it not? Is that common with Savant or just something wonky going on in his system?
