I've said too much, but I'll say this: Being that I'm one of the people designing the products, there's a long road between anything I do and it reaching dealers' hands. For some projects, my work begins years before you see it. For others it's only months. So by that measure, yes, I'm worse than any salesperson ever could be. Don't put a client system on hold based on anything I say, ever.
