Well, those of us who thought this was a bad idea pretty much wrote that article when this happened.* We didn't count on the brother, though ii I bet we would have seen a lawsuit coming if we had known about him!
So, to all who think this was a pretty good idea, we have to say it again: That is not the way the world works.

The liberals who supported this idea won't admit they're wrong, though. One characteristic of a liberal is that when their ideas fail, they don't admit it.
Liberals do not have the market cornered on bad ideas or the inability to admit it when they are wrong. Would you believe that most GOP politicians still think that tax cuts for the rich trickle down for everyone?
