I just updated the BSD website to include all new theater / projector warm-up please wait animated GIFs for UI editors that support them (namely CCP & Bitwise Project Editor). They are set to loop infinitely, so you can simply import them onto a please wait page and use a time delay for as much time as needed before jumping back to the original page.

They also come in 3 sizes so you can use them on different resolution displays.
