Hey pro's, this is a Speco DVR D16CX, PC running Secure Guard, I have the file path pointing to a Synology RS815 drive which I can access just fine from the PC. No password.

SOftware records just fine onto C drive. If I try to use the NAS it will place a recordings folder where it's supposed to be but no video files and no red record symbols on the cameras in Secure Guard.

This is supposed to be a simple thing but neither Speco or Synology can help further. What am I missing here? Desperately trying to figure out since I made my client buy this nice hard drive.
