We had a crazy guy in our shop a few months ago threatening to "cut" my boss with a knife --- he wanted to kill her... As he left the shop, he started mumbling things about contrails, and Obama... We told the cops what he was saying, and the cops burst out laughing and said "They always blame Obama"! LOL
