Last I checked an hdmi audio stripper that also did Dolby down mixing was like 3.5-4 times the price of the roku itself. That was an Atlona unit. If you can get away with setting the roku to stereo only I have had fine results with $40-50 Amazon hdmi audio strippers. However the cheap ones that promise to downmix have had mixed results.
