On a serious note, the codes have been the same for years. Especially on/off.

On another note, dont use the Smart capabilities of the TVs. It causes the same issues as switching any other inputs (control system delays, ARC, etc) plus more. Your TV should be a display....thats it. All the other features are for kids in a dorm room with more time and technical knowledge on their hands than than our clients. If you are getting blamed for something its probably this and maybe rightfully so for not controlling the experience. You have to be able to say no to client requests and its easy when you can explain why. Add an Apple TV or Roku instead. Always better as a source.
