I use a MX-850 for the more complex system that I have at work. At home I have a much simpler system like yours and find that the Harmony 650 does everything I need and everything you're asking for. You can buy it at Amazon for $60. I think it's a better remote than the MX-810, is easier to program, and in place of the URC software hassle you get free phone support.
