Does anyone know about a Driver capable of getting feedback from this switch?

All of my 232 programming 7 years ago was done with a baud rate of 4800, that is not even offered on either of the three series offered in the current Key Dig driver.
All programming is done and working for all those years, now we are adding iPad control and I want some feedback man!!!!
