I signed with clients this afternoon for a $198k residential project that's set for completion in 2016 and submitted a $38k invoice for the largest T&M job I've ever done. Work started on the T&M job January 2014 and is about half way through trim out right now and should be wrapping up in the next 6-8 weeks. With the latest invoice this job is at $320k and there's still some equipment to purchase and a fair amount of labor to complete all the work.
Even with all the work, I'm still sweating the decision to buy a new van...
