I have an old MX980 (self programmed). It just recently stopped booting up when I took the battery out and then put it back. It stops on the "UNIVERSAL remote control" screen. Its not the battery, I have two MX 980's and both batteries will not boot up with this unit. The other unit works fine with both batteries. Is there a way to reset this thing? Does anyone know how to get it to the main menu screen?

When connected to CCP the windows mobile does not start. The other MX 980 connects and talks with CCP just fine.

Is there a way to save this thing? I've searched the forum and not found anything to help.
