EDIT: I'm dumb as a box of hammers - I was routing the IR code to the wrong place.

This post led me to discover my error and arrive at the solution (use a macro on the key)

Working with an older Panasonic plasma TC-P46S2 and I have a peculiar problem with an MX-880/MRF-260:

Everything works for all devices except mute via RF for the TV, which only works via IR. Flasher never flashes for mute only when using remote, but TV does mute with line of sight to IR.

On the other hand, the flasher DOES flash (and RF works) if I "test" the mute key from within CCP (with the remote connected via USB).

I've tried about a million things so far, but I'm totally stumped. What simple thing am I overlooking?
