Oh sh*t -- that blows. Ive never had one, but my son and my brother have. So painful my son passed-out. My brother said it's what childbirth must feel like for a guy. He passed a couple of stones about the size of grains of rice. Said he thought he was going to die. I hope they give you some good drugs, and best of luck. Man that must be horrible.
