I would doubt you'll find something like this. I don't know manufacturers that share IR codes unless they're using the exact same product. We see this in video where one manufacturer buys a display from another but just has their name put on it. You'll find within brands, IR can change even though it's the same manufacturer.

Manufacturers want to sell accessories and if everything was universal, you could buy from anybody.
