AND WOW I got lucky!

I remembered the code started with a 3, so went up to 3090, and the code worked!

So the code for Aiwa NSX-5222 CD Player on a Visa Electronics NEOS 3 (or Visa LUX) remote is 3090.

The code 2217 seems to work for LG Blu-Ray players too.

Highly unlikely anyone else in the world still has such a radio with a NEOS 3 remote, but just incase, here's the thread then.

This seems to apply to Visa LUX remotes too, so I found on the net.
