Available via harmony.

If I can remember my harmony log in while also trudging through downloading the Harmony Bloatware, I'll try to convert it to pronto hex for you.

EDIT:

Well.  Harmony has two different softwares for my remote, depending on its vintage.  And it only took 6 tries for my machine to finally run the software, which kept crashing my task manager at 100% CPU usage.  Considering my CPU specs (not posted here), this is essentially impossible for a 32 bit, 47 mb program not using any hyper-v technology.

The harmony db has 1/a 1/b through 6/a 6/b and power toggle.  It doesn't have the arc button or the others.  If you can provide a similar or older model, I would be happy to tell you what codes are in the DB.
