And don't forget: You MUST think about money if you want to keep the business going ... and to retire some day. And by retire I mean either paying yourself well enough for all those years, or building a business that someone will want to buy some day.
I've seen many a dealer that "loved" their job for the first 30 years, but had to go on working at it long after the joy wore off.
