I've heard from others that they totally screwed up Lite Touch. Starting with getting rid of the life time guarantee, even on systems already sold and installed.
I have heard they are migrating the LiteTouch software to MAC platform. Won't make a lot of integrator's happy to buy/learn a new OS.
