we are having the same problem with several models of the XBR's.
Some TVs used to work, and now the codes do not.

Yes they do work or they would not have been posted.
Do these work for your model? Again, yes.
(1) What control system are you using?
(2) Are you using emitters?
(3) Which models of XBR are you having problems with?
(4) What problems are you having?
(5) Which codes are "not working?"
(6) How does the TV respond to these "non-working" codes?
This is pretty basic. If you have codes that worked and now don't work, then look at what changed. It's not like the TV took a firmware upgrade that reflashed the IR receiving board, otherwise the OEM remote would stop working too. I would start to look at your emitters, your control system, your remote (assuming it is the one firing IR), and your programming. Codes just don't STOP working.
Answer the (6) questions above and maybe we can make some progress.
