I have just recently got a nevo c3 remote control, I have downloaded the software on the computer but every time I attempt to go in to program it I am taken to the internet page. I click on the connect button and a message pops up that it needs to install an update and I need to close all IE windows, after I close the windows nothing happens. Any ideas?
