It appears that version 2.0 is better, but still a little lacking. It fails to capture based on motion sensing, or having the bell rung. You have to manually capture the feed, and only a still image at that. The issues with the audio seem like a big issue. I'm not ready to be a guinea pig, based on what I've read. The bad news, is that in this race of pigs, Skybell sounds like the best.

Thank You, good review on Cnet. Not sure if i want to try or recommend it after all ,that poor audio quality does seem like a deal breaker
