Been working with Sharp and there official service provider for 3 weeks now regarding this model. So far Here's what I got from Sharp.. - HDMI through a Video switch? -Not Supported - Network Control? -Not Supported - Discrete IR for on and off? -Not Supported - RS232 control? -Not Supported - RMA to return the TV? - Call the person we bought them from. The local service provider is actually working to make things right for us but it looks like Sharp has told us to go pound sand.
