Thanks for the feedback. Going with Home Pro (Builder Suggested) was very expensive. So I was looking to see if I can get what i wanted for less money and one of the AV guys who did my sister's house (with same setup) suggested PC. So I purchased it on eBay and looks like I have put it for sale on eBay again :)
Do you know any dealers in Texas who can do RTI or COntrol4 at resonable price

Honestly, I couldn't be much further from TX (MN), so I don't have a great working knowledge on your market. I would say skim through the people who pop on that RTI link I mentioned earlier.
I can understand the money thing. Home Pro looks like a huge company. If you don't have one, maybe it's time for an Angie's List membership. You can easily find small one-man shops (like me) as well as many other providers of various sizes and prices.
