Your system is on a completely different playing field than the Logitech stuff. To actually control that list of equipment you'll need something more robust than Pro Control too. I personally like PC, I use it and sell it (for the right size system), but for this you need something along the lines of RTI, Control 4 etc....

I'm curious as too what happened to your relationship with the builder or integration firm that did the pre-wire... That is probably who you need to track down. Put your zip in the link below to find an RTI dealer.
