Since these specific models are not in the URC database, I'm wondering if they're using the same codes as any other model that IS in the database, or if anyone has the codes in hex?

use the bdp-300 or 350 codes from URC db. It'll have discretes.
DTV:
you listed the model of the genie. The codes are in the URC db as well. You could also use just about any of the DTV codes. I don't think the discretes work for the genie last time I programmed one.
