Timmys, this needs a computer somewhere in the LAN which acts as a webserver.  It does not need to be a bells+whistles thing, and it does not need to run 24/7. Any win8.1 or win7 PC will do. The simplest setup (for people who never did this) can be found here.

It's basically impossible to get things wrong! If you want to control things from outside the LAN, it gets more involved because of security etc - but that is not advisable for a first go.

Use the integration designer to add a two-way driver, and to specify a port of your liking for listening to UDP strings.

With a text editor, edit the file "sendUDP.php" to match the IP address and port of your RTI control box. Edit "index.php" to match the commands which you want to execute via smartphone etc.

Once your IIS server is up-and-running, extract my files into the top www directory (which is typically "C:\inetpub" or something similar).
