Hate to reopen an old thread, but I'll add my 2 cents and ask for the same questions.

We've had good experience with anything Pakedge, all Luxul switches, Engenius outdoor waps, and Apple Extreme and Express. Apple tends to get overloaded quickly though. Bad experiences with Engenius indoor gear and cheaper Netgear (in 2012/2013).

Anyone have any longer term experiences with that MicroTik CRS125-24G-1S-RM and Control4? Anyone know the backplane speed of it? Looks very interest for low end clients if it works 24/7, which I highly doubt at that price range. {skepticism off}
