Hi guys,

I hope this is the right forum to post and that you guys can help me.

Up till recently, I was using a simple Samsung Blu Ray player and had no problems at all setting up my Harmony One remote.

Today I decided to get an LG BH9540TW HTIB, and save for getting it to turn on through the universal remote, as well as control the volume, nothing works. The most essential functions like stop, select, play, pause, direction of arrows etc all do not respond.

I went through the learning process and all the key presses from the original LG remote were acknowledged and I presume, input into the Harmony One. I did this for three times, but still no go.

Could anyone give me some advice?
