After reading the instructions here on how to replace the battery, I'm back in business, the old battery was about 5 years old and wouldn't hold a charge. Now I have a new one and a backup. The Nevo Q50 was priced at $600 when I bought it, so I'm thrilled with this low cost solution for replacing the battery. Just in time for tonight's football game!!
