Looking for factory hex codes for an HDMI switch.

I purchased this HDMI switch from monoprice and lost the factory remote. According to monoprice, I cannot purchase a new remote separately. I must buy an entirely new switch and remote.

Apparently, these codes exist within the Harmony Remote database, but I do not have one of these remotes to learn the codes from.

If anyone can post the codes for this remote it would be greatly appreaciated.
