So... last several days I cannot open files or if I can they load corrupted or whacky things are occuring. I uninstalled the software and then reinstalled the most current version. Same problem.
I tried extracting the system (a couple of standalone T1B+ remotes) and it crashed everytime.
I tried rebooting the computer... no luck.
I tried a second computer... similar problems but I was able to open a previously saved version.
Posting here since tech support closed after 4pm pacific.
I obviously do not have enough data to gleen anything but... here is what I do know:
- A File corrupted after converting existing larger file from an RP6 to an XP8s. Did not discover until after I edited and loaded when XP8s reported the config file was corrupted.
- Another file exhibiting issues after editing and reloading a ZRP6. Some macros do not respond. These are simple operations that have been checked and rechecked for programming errors and there are none.
- Tried loading a third existing program last edited on another computer. It would not load and it would crash the software even after uninstalling and reinstalling the software. I tried to upload the T1B+ devices and the upload process would crash the software as well.
This all in the last two working days after ages since encountering any problems.
Anyone else having issues???
