No sh!+?! We have intermittent issues with the Sony players ejecting the tray in our c4 systems, with urc, and pro control. Is it the power on command? It does not do it every time. I have not tried hard to find a pattern that is repeatable. Stupidity!

We received the 5200 and the 7200 the same day. I put them on display and added them to my 30 Zone |_|RCTC system. Rather than digging through |_|RCcode set, I went to my own known discretes from the BDP-S300 (which |_|RCdoesn't have in the 350 and other code sets.
Firing directly out the PIR-1 in front of the unit, the on code ejected the tray for the 5200 and turned on the 7200. Off is off.
Let's look at this more scientifically and post the damn hex so we can make sure we are all talking about the same thing. Maybe we can help some other installers through this, as it sounds like it's a systemic problem.
