Are you under System Properties?
"Use Master Project Properties." box NOT-checked?
"Network" tab.
"Network Options" to "Wireless"
"Use Control Panel" "With Wireless Extender in stand alone mode."
"Pronto Channel:" to whatever channel it is set on the RFX-9400.
Then save and download to test.
