Downloaded the file and placed the file into the "Libraries\Documents" on a Windows 7 OS.

When I opened the "Open Other Database". It was there as "O1R_DATABASE_1AUG10".

Clicked it and then OPEN. It populated the screen as it should.

Was anything skipped that you can see?
