32 Bit Windows 7 should pose no issues for the TSU7000 editor (ProntoProEdit NG). However, 64 bit is a different story as the 7000 uses a custom driver.

Please note that the editor for the TSU6000 is ProntoEdit 4.2.x (Also addressed by the Classic Pronto Forum - this is the NG Forum) and I am not sure if anyone is running this on Win7 32bit. However, I don't believe that there is anything on Win7-32 that should prevent it from working.

With regard to purchasing a remote. Both the 6000 and 7000 have been out of production (discontinued) for a long time. If you are leaning towards one of these, pick the 7000/7500 as you will not be disappointed.
