We recently installed a control system for a client. They had a harmony control system before. The layout is as follows: 2 rooms back to back. literally. there is a wall separating the kitchen living room and a standard living room. Both rooms have surround sound systems. Both rooms have identical sources (both use cisco cable, yamaha avr, and so on). each room has its own equipment.

All equipment is located in a cabinet on the kitchen living room side.

We spec'd a MX-1200 for each room. Each room sources have a dedicated MRX-2 base station. each base station has it's own RF250 antenna. The base stations are addressed differently. The issue is the rf250 antenna are not addressable so when ever a command in one room is issued, the other rooms 250 antenna is picking up signal. Therefore when the rooms are both trying to make commands at the same time, the antennas are competing with each other.

URC does not offer an Iseries in this remote or base station. the customer wants this specific remote control because it is what we installed in his sons home.

Is there a way to keep these antennas from picking up signal from the opposite room?
