If the project can wait and you like using this monitor, send it to middle atlantic and have them make you an RSH for it. Dealer cost on the shelf and shipping the monitor to them for measurements will likely be less than the cost of your time fabricating something from home depot. Not saying your fab skills are not awesome but an RSH will look great.
