I went to a customer's home last week and replaced their receiver, TV and DVD with a Marantz AVR, Sony 4K display and a Sony Bluray(6200). They own a MX-900 that is working fine. The entire system is IR.
The remote works the AVR, the SA cable box and the TV, the Bluray codes will not work. I am able to learn the codes. I had a MX890 in my truck that I tried that with the same codes and it worked fine.
I called tech support and he was stumped as well.
Any ideas?
