Thanks 3FG. Apologies for the slow response but we had a storm go through here last night so I've been busy cleaning up tree limbs etc and arranging insurance to fix the damage caused by a big limb falling into the roof of a shed and puncturing it!

I just tried the power function and yes, it turns it on. So, it looks to be the right set as all other hex codes I've tried are useless.

Thanks for the link to IrScrutiniser but I'm very much an amateur at all this. No problems mastering MX-850 editor to control a system, once all the IR codes are in, but beyond that my 79 year old brain runs out of steam pretty quickly!!

So, can I pay you or someone else to generate all those hex files please as I'm not clear on what to do next.
