If a dealer will give you the file, ask that dealer...? I'm sorry but as many have mentioned on this forum in other threads, the majority of dealers will hold to the RTI dealer agreement. It's a contract we all signed in order to sell and install RTI that forbids us from sharing protected content like software and firmwares.
Trust me their have been many times I have wanted to save myself a long drive and just give client a firmware file knowing they are capable, but you do it once you'll do it again, then someone shares these files to masses, then I lose my dealership, and I really like selling RTI. It's a great product and my business needs it!
