I have newfound respect for our newest tech. He's a personal friend of one of our other techs (who I wholeheartedly trust) but damn.

He had never touched TC. I explained to him over the phone kinda sorta how I thought the MFS switches (there were 2, one was POE, one was not) were supposed to get hooked up, asked him to take a final inventory on all the parts sitting in the rack, and get back to me and we'd look at it tomorrow.

He called me a couple hours later and had the whole system working - everything except Pandora (most likely because of account credentials).
