I have done all the steps and have assigned the DMS a static ip address.. So it's there... One other thing that has me stuck is the firmware version.... It has 1.35.03.00, but there is a new firmware update...1.39.00.00 ..I can't seem to update to that either.
I just tried your file and set the IP address and MAC address for my DMS and still got a "fail" pop up from the program. I get. 10% total progress then it stops....
Definitely sounds like a computer network issue. Sounds like windows firewall is blocking your exit out or another firewall/anti virus program, especially if you are getting the freeze at 10%.
