did you search for the dms100 in the network setup and assign it to your project?  this will put the mac address and IP address of the unit into the fields in step 6/URC Device.  you also need to set up your network details under the LAN & Wifi tab under the same step.

if you did that, you should be able to download to it.  my file will end up having different mac addresses, so that won't help you.
