Has anyone out there set up an Arduino microcontroller to control their DirecTV DVR? I am trying to piece together a system that will use a custom Android app to send HR24 commands via bluetooth (my Galaxy S3 phone doesn't have an IR blaster) which the Arduino will then decode and send out IR commands to the DVR. I got the idea based on a project I found on Instructables.com:

The Aergia project is based on Ken Shirriff's IR library; Ken's library supports protocols like Sony, NEC, etc. but when I use Ken's IRRecDump program to decode my HR24 commands the codes are reported as unknown. Ken's library does support Raw codes but to date I have not been able to get the Raw codes captured from my remote to work.

Does anyone out there have an Arduino sketch that works with DirecTV's IR codes?
