1) Always use 8.8.8.8 & 8.8.4.4 for DNS
2) you can use wireshark to see all the data going across the LAN.
2a) if you have a managed switch you can mirror the port the Nuvo is on and then see all data to/from using wireshark
With wire shark you leave a laptop on site and set up remote desktop so you can get into the laptop and read the logs/see whats going on when client calls.
